By using Klyr (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — guests, free accounts, and Pro subscribers.
Klyr is a wellness tool, not a medical or mental health service.
The AI-generated responses provided by Klyr are for general wellness support only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, psychiatry, crisis intervention, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or a crisis line (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Klyr. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account or use another person's account without their permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Klyr Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@klyrmind.app within 14 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of the thoughts and content you submit to Klyr. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it to third parties.
Klyr uses AI to generate responses. These responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or applicable to your situation. AI-generated content is not professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI response. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for serious mental health concerns.
Klyr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid subscribers. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Klyr operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
